With 100 Hectors of mines with high quality glossy quartz deposits and “State of the art” machinery, we have been supplying to several industries globally. Our quartz grits have special quality characteristics comprising brightness, whiteness, purity and having each particle size homogenous in spherical shape.

In order to cater to the global demand of premium quality aggregates, we have established world class setup in the region with prime focus on producing quality grits. We have invested USD 20 million in “State of the art” facility and installed best of technology from U.S.A. , Germany and Korea.

Rajasthan [India] region is considered to have the best quality of glossy quartz deposits in the world. With focus on quality, we have acquired 100 hectare of mines with huge deposits in the region which will last more than 50 years.

IN order to achieve and deliver high quality grits product, our whole manufacturing process is monitored by control lab, equipped with ultra modern instruments for micro inspection. Each process is carefully monitored to meet client’s specifications and system is placed for bag wise quality check. Our technology ensures even size particle distribution as per A.S.T.M. standards.

Facility And Technology

TAANJ are facilitated with most advanced mineral washing ,grinding and sieving machines which are designed, produced and installed by the well-known machines from Germany,Korea, and USA. All the processing lines operate automatically under the observation of skilled and experienced engineers. These machines are able to produce the products with average particle sizes from 0.1mm to up to 2.5 mm grits ensure consistent quality with minimum tolerance levels .
